Ocean warming may well turn out to be the greatest hidden challenge of our generation. This report represents the most comprehensive review to date on ocean warming. To build up the report, leading scientists from around the world were invited to join with colleagues to contribute individual chapters. It contains many recommendations from the scientists on capability gaps and research issues that need to be resolved if we are to tackle the impacts of ocean warming with greater confidence in the future.

The lack of incentives for the effective participation of farmers in the fruits and vegetable sector leading to an increased reliance and dependency on imported forms of fruits and vegetable products in the domestic markets have been attributed to a number of factors of which inconsistency in supply and deficient quality in fruits and vegetable products are more prominent. These dual negative factors are the direct result of the lack of coordination and management of the sector.
The Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation Matrix provides the platform for the Gudfala Kakae Policy. It sets out the strategies and actions the government and other stakeholders need to address food and nutrition security and safety issues. The actions are framed to achieve the best possible outcomes. A strategy is successfully implemented when its action indicators are achieved.
